This paper, written as though a Human Relations manager were doing a paper on a client, will help the student to understand what it is to be a Human Relations Manager in the organizational structure of the corporate world. The multidisciplinary nature of complex projects require a manager who has the human relations skills to coordinate and integrate people and tasks in the difficult atmosphere of a matrix.
