Abstract: 5 pages. In deciding how to justify the pricing for four units of a large piece of technological equipment, the buyer will conduct further analysis in order to better assess the fairness of the proposed price from the supplier, ChemCo. There are specific questions we might want to ask ChemCo as well as other sources of information which might shed some light on the pricing that they have proposed to us.
