The Productivity Paradox

Abstract: This 6 page paper, plus appendix, looks at the economic productivity paradox, its background and manifestation. The paper considers the costs spent on IT and their effect on the market valuation, the increased productivity that it demonstrates as well as the use of ERP. The role of ERP is also discussed along consideration of the major players market share and development of the programmes. The paper includes one graph and the bibliography cites 11 sources.
