CIA - Continuously In Action?

Abstract: (6 pp) The U.S. isforced to confront international relationships in a way that varies from the patterns of the past. President Clinton's rhetoric during the 1992 electoral campaign recognized these developments, and it is important to consider how this awareness, or change in attitude may influence administration policy. Management of the CIA and the U.S. intelligence community is a crucial part of the new administration's national security effort and merits careful evaluation. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
