Abstract: This 30-page-paper presents a discussion about the methods General George S. Patton used to motivate almost half a million men to fight battles on his behalf. His motivational speeches, willingness to fight alongside any of his men and the way he challenged them to rise to the occassion are all detailed with discussion as well as quotes from his speeches. In addition the fact that his methods can and do work well in today's corporate world is discussed at length. Bibliography lists seven sources.
