Evaluation of a Property Project

Abstract: This 5 page accounting paper considers a case study provided by the student. A company considering purchasing land for a development project are considering their options and as a result require an explanation of the cost of capital and equity, an understanding of weighted average cost of capital and a basis for how the required rate of return should be determined. After this, a brief discussion of the risks a project such as this might encounter is given. The bibliography sites 2 sources.
