The existence of entrepreneurialism within the organization is a situation large companies have come to value. Senior executives continually search for corporate entrepreneurs because their ideas and contributions can cultivate speed, innovation, and growth. In turn, these then affect competitive advantage, which enhances governance and ownership positions.
