Abstract: A 5 page paper discussing the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and governance in a global context. The existence of entrepreneurialism within the organization is a situation large companies have come to value. Senior executives continually search for corporate entrepreneurs because their ideas and contributions can cultivate speed, innovation, and growth. In turn, these then affect competitive advantage, which enhances governance and ownership positions. As globalization progresses and competition continues to intensify, the effects of corporate entrepreneurship become even more beneficial to the organization. Bibliography lists 10 sources.
