Abstract: This 9 page paper considers how minimum wage and employment affect one another. This paper considers the factors that define the link between these two and suggest that when unemployment decreases, caps are placed on wage increases for the minimum wage, and most business argue that increasing the minimum wage will inherently lead to increasing unemployment.
