Foreign Investment in Asia

Abstract: This 13 page paper considers the trends seen in foreign direct investment in the different areas of the Asian Economy. This is traced from the beginning of the 1980's through to the end of the 1990's. The reasons behind these trends are considers as are the effects on the economies and the way they evolved during this period including the changing use of natural resources in these countries. The paper includes two tables and the bibliography cites 7 sources.
