Abstract: This 15 page paper considers the views on a free market economy and the 'goodness' of the different models. The thoughts of economists such as Friedman, Schotter, Ollman and Baumol are all considered, and discussion give to which may be best adopted in capitalist economies to the benefit of the different stakeholders.
