Moses Maimonides

Abstract: A 5 page paper discussing the ideas of law as seen by Moses Maimonides. Maimonides saw the perfect law as being concerned with the welfare of, not only the human body, but with the human soul as well. He adopted this position as the direct result of years of study that involved many different philosophers and theorists, as well as a direct result of the experiences he went through during his entire life. He was a man who believed that reason was of utmost importance, as long as the ideals of the Bible were never compromised. In this he clearly involved himself in the theory that was directly related to the idea of perfect law. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
